Everyone is allowed to use the facility; the students, teachers, and visitors.
2.3What are the policy, guidelines and rules in the use of the facility?
These are the policy, guidelines, and rules in the use of the facility.

b. It is not allowed to bring foods and drinks inside the room.
c. Report any broken tools immediately.

Our ICT has many computers, Wi-Fi routers, internet connection, LAN cables, Automatic
Voltage Regulator (AVR), tables, chairs and a lot of wirings.
2. Who are allowed to use the facility?
The ones who are allowed to use this facility are students and teachers.
3. What is the policy, guidelines and rules in the use of the facility?
As and we are not allowed to make noise. We are not also allowed to enter the room without
important intentions.
4. What are the e-safety rules that need to be followed by any user?
One policy I known is that everyone must turn the computer off after leaving so that we can
prevent danger from heating the gadgets and can possibly cause fire that can burn the whole
campus.

There are some important rules and guidelines of this facility. First is that this facility is for
educational purposes only. Second, shouting and vandalism are strictly prohibited. Lastly, food and
drinks are not allowed.

Turning off the computer after using is one of the important rules in the facility so that there any
danger won’t happen.

I learned that there are important rules and regulations inside the ICT room and that
we must be responsible on the things we will do inside because if we do not, bad things might

I want to know more about some technologies that has a big help in contributing
learning on the students. I know there new invented gadgets there that has a big potential in
making our learning easy.
