Guide
 Overview
‘This guide will walk you through the self-onboarding
process.

This procedure allows us to understand your profile and

background so that we can get you acquainted with an
amazing learning journey at SkilloVilla.
Step 1: Login to your SkilloVilla Account

Go to www.skillovilla.com
and log in using your
registered mobile number
Step 2: Go to My Learning Section

Click on the My Learning

option as shown in the
image on the right
Step 3: Access the career track

After landing on the my

learning section, you will see
your purchase list. Click on
the “start” button of your
purchased career track.
Step 4: Update profile details

After clicking on the “Start”

button, you will land on the
onboarding page. Click on
the “Update Profile” section
and update your details.
Step 4: Update profile details

In the “Update Profile”

section, there are 4 sub-
sections- WhatsApp Login,
Verify Details, Educational
Background, and Work
Experience.

You have to update all these

sections one by one.
Step 5: Link Discord

After you are done with

updating the profile section,
you will be moved on to the
discord onboarding. In this
step, you will link your
discord account with your
SkilloVilla account.

Note: If you don’t have a

discord account, you can
create one at
www.discord.com/register
Step 5: Link Discord

Once you click on the discord

onboarding section, a pop-up
(as shown in the image) will
appear. The pop-up will guide
you with the discord
onboarding. You have to read
all the instructions and then
click on the “connect discord”
button.

Note: Before starting this step

make sure that you have an
active discord account with
the verified email address.
Step 5: Link Discord

As you click on “connect

discord”, you will land on the
discord page where you will
have to authorize SkilloVilla
to link your account by
clicking on the “authorize”
button.

Note: If you are not logged

in to your discord account,
you will be first prompted to
log in.
Step 5: Link Discord

After linking your discord

account successfully, you
will land on this page.

Click on “Go to Dashboard”

to continue with the
onboarding
Step 5: Onboarding Course

Now, you will see that both

the profile section and
discord onboarding is
complete.

Click on Next to continue

After clicking on next, you will

land on the final step of the
onboarding process i.e. the
onboarding course.

You have to complete the

onboarding course by watching
all the videos and answering all
the quizzes.

The aim of this course is to get

you familiarized with the
processes and tools used at
SkilloVilla.

Watch all the videos and

answer all the quizzes to
complete the step.

Note: You have to answer all

the quiz questions correctly
to complete this step.
Step 5: Onboarding Course

Once you complete all the

videos and quizzes, you will
see the course completed
message as shown in the
image. Click on go to the
dashboard to complete the
onboarding process.
Step 6: Onboarding Complete

Congratulations! You have

successfully completed the
onboarding. Now you can
start your learning journey.

Click on the “Start learning”

button to access the track
content.

Note: Make sure you install

the discord app on your
mobile and desktop.
