stay informed about the latest advancements and practices in the agricultural industry

As a Cluster Manager, you play a crucial role in facilitating effective communication and
collaboration between farmers, input dealers, FPCs, Agri Projects, and the advisory team.
Your responsibilities encompass a range of tasks aimed at enhancing agricultural
productivity, sustainability, and the overall well-being of the farming community. The
nature of your job can be outlined as follows:

Job Responsibilities

Build and maintain strong relationships with Krisimitras and KrisiSakis - Provide training,
and career development opportunities to team members.
Build and maintain strong relationships with local farmers, FPCs, NGOs, Input shops, and
Government departments.
Act as a bridge between KrisiMitras, farmers, and agricultural advisory services.
Understand the specific needs and challenges faced by stakeholders and help them
solve
Conduct workshops and training sessions for farmers to enhance their skills.
Collaborate with input dealers to ensure timely and quality supply of agricultural inputs
(seeds, fertilizers, pesticides, etc.).
Monitor the availability and affordability of inputs in the local market.
Work closely with the agricultural advisory team and make sure timely advisories are
provided
Organize community events and gatherings to foster a sense of belonging and shared
learning.
Introduce and educate farmers on the use of technology in agriculture and assist in the
adoption of methodical farming techniques.
Stay updated on advancements in agriculture, sustainability practices, and rural
development.
Attend relevant workshops, conferences, and training sessions to enhance your own
knowledge and skills.

In essence, as a Cluster Manager, you play a pivotal role in creating a symbiotic relationship
between farmers, input dealers, FPCs, Agri Projects, and advisory teams, contributing to the
overall development and prosperity of the agricultural community and Management team
of Krisiyukta.

Qualifications:

MSc in Agri with Proven experience (3 years) in managing teams Or any relevant PG with
experience in the Agri sector
