Surveyor
Responsibilities:
 Collecting the vulnerable beneficiary’s data from targeted districts/ villages through KOBO/ODK and
sending it back to the stakeholders.
 Providing awareness and mobilization according to the community considering the WFP Manual on a
community level.
 The surveyor is responsible for the survey in the target communities to select eligible and vulnerable
beneficiaries.
 Surveyor is responsible for selecting the beneficiaries, considering the WFP vulnerability criteria and
guideline.
 Keeping records of selected beneficiaries and providing daily reports.
 Providing awareness during the survey to increase knowledge of the community on the selection
criteria.
 Each surveyor must-have smartphone to run the KOBO application for the purpose of data collection on
a community level.
 The surveyor must have good communication skills, and must not come under the influence of district
authorities.
 The surveyor should be able to perform his job independently, considering the humanitarian value.
 The surveyors will perform under the direct supervision of supervisor.
 Traveling to the targeted districts and villages/ areas.
