REPORT OF THE MISSION AND EVANGELLISM DEPARTMENT FOR THE YEAR 2022/2023

Preamble: To God be the glory great things He has done

ACTIVITIES FOR THE YEAR

1. The Mission month for this year was observed with the Theme: EXPANDING THE KINGDOM
2. During the Mission month we had two mini crusades from which we had 18 souls for follow up
3. In the course of the year we had a major crusade for 3days at Olokodana Street with many
visitors in attendance
4. The Evangelism Group also attended a seminar on Evangelism in a sister’s church (connected to
PFN)
5. Our weekly Saturday Evangelism meeting was observed throughout the church year.
6. Some church arms sometimes partner with the Evangelism Team during their weeks of
celebration.
7. Ezhionu church is doing great and God is helping them to overcome all the challenges facing
them.
8. Our Ezhionu church got a landed property within the church year with the help from the mother
church.

GOALS

1. We hope to have more members to join the group


2. We look forward to organize some training programs during the new church year
3. We hope to have more crusades during the year.

CHALLENGES

1. We need more volunteers in the group


2. Sometimes activities on Saturdays make our meetings impossible.
3. Inability of some of our member to see the need to rise up and take the Challenge of Evangelism

APPRECIATION

We sincerely appreciate God for His Goodness. We also appreciate all the Church Arms that encourage
their members to join the Evangelism team to mark their weeks. God bless you all. We also appreciate
our father in the Lord Rev and Pastor Mrs. S.K. Amoo. May God renew your strength sir.

REPORT OF FOLLOW UP AND VISITATION FOR THE YEAR 2022/2023.

Preambles: Oh give thanks to the Lord, for He is good, For His mercies endures forever.

ACHIEVEMENTS

1. We do call and send text messages to our visitors


2. All our first timers were duly entertained throughout the church year.
3. We help our new comers to go through the Sunday school classes up to membership class
4. We were able to follow up on the souls that were ministered to during all the Crusades held
within the year.

GOALS

1. To intensify our efforts to visit our guest the more


2. To continue to make efforts to identify our second and third timers
3. To continue in our efforts to enable our second timers to locate appropriate class for them
4. To partner with the Sunday School in increasing the church membership

APPRECIATION

We are grateful to God for the Grace to serve. We also appreciate our father in the Lord – Rev &
Mrs S. K. Amoo for timely advice and fatherly presence at all our meetings. God will continue to
increase your strength sir. Thank you all.

REPORT OF THE HOUSE FELLOWSHIP MINISTRY FOR THE YEAR 2022/2023

PREAMBLE: Bless the Lord, O my soul; and all that is within me, Bless His holy name!

ACHIEVEMENTS

1. House fellowship has record of attendance throughout the year


2. Participated in the national House Fellow Promotion that took place within the church year
3. We had neighborhood evangelism in two of our centers – Otitokoro and Arida from where we
had souls for follow up
4. We try as much as possible to fix every worshipper in the church to a center close to them
during the house fellowship promotion.
5. We have maintained our second and fourth Sunday meetings
6. We increased our house fellowship center to 18 during the house fellowship promotion week.

GOALS

1. To mobilize more members to attend the House Fellowship


2. To create awareness more and more that will sensitize more attendance in the house fellowship
centers
3. To create more centers as need arises
4. To intensify our Neighborhood Evangelism
5. To effect growth of the church through the House Fellowship

CHALLENGES

1. Members reluctance to attend House Fellowship meetings


2. Church activities sometimes make the church to close late and this affect House Fellowship
attendance
3. Reluctance of some leaders to show good examples by attending the House Fellowship

APPREIATION

I use the opportunity to appreciate God Almighty for strength to work. I also appreciate all the House
Fellowship Hosts and Pastors for their efforts in ensuring their center are functioning well. I also
appreciate our father in the Lord Rev. and Pst Mrs Amoo for their help and support. God Bless you all.
