Hydraulic power pack unit control by remote.
The LIFT is built according to the International
norms & standards. So each hydraulic & electrical
part will be interchangeable with any other
Internationally reputed make available across the
globe.
Before dispatch of your machine, we will
carry out extensive tests, which we consider
as a “company internal acceptance trial” and
which guarantees you the quality of the product
Also included are manual-book for basic machine
operation, maintenance hydraulic and
electrical schematics as well as a spare part list.

A Quality control Certificate will also be issued along with the press with detailed description of no. of
tests with results conducted on the machine prior to the dispatch of the machine .

ISI specifications & suitable for operation at 415 V, 3 phase, 50 cycle A.C. supply. To ensure smooth working of
the power pack , we confirm that the motor will be of ABB make & shall confirm to BIS 325 having class ‘F’
insulation & IP 55 enclosure

Tercite Step seal , PTFE + Bronze Guide rings , Teflon backup rings ,

O-Rings chevron or twin set fibre reinforced oil resistant polyurethane/nylon seals used in
the glands & piston seals for leak proof performance.
Ram itself is ground to a high degree of finish & then hard chrome plated to 50RC for long life
of seals & corrosion resistance.
The wiper seals provided at the tip of the cylinder neck prevents dirt from entering into the hydraulic cylinder

BASE FRAME
The base frame shall be of robust and rigid construction fabricated cut of quality structural steel and sections.
The same shall be designed to take care of all the stresses arising due to the loads for safe and efficient running
of the equipment. The platform shall be made of chequered sheet .

 OPERATOR’S SAFETY FEATURES: -
