    So what we should do for solve this problem.The first solution is to build new bridges and roads.

    This solution will reduce the traffic problem and enable people to go to work and school on time.
    Unfortunately, this solution has more disadvantages. If the state wants to build new roads and
    bridges, it must allocate a certain budget for this. And this The majority of the budget is provided
    by taxes, and this may make the public unhappy.

    The second and also my favorite solution is telecommuting. Telecommuting means people work
    from home. Government could give people the right to telecommuting which could lead to reduced
    traffic. In this way, traffic congestion is solved. The only disadvantage of this solution is that some
    people may not be able to adapt to the working from home environment.
