Sir / Madam:

Greetings of peace and joy!

As part of the activities of the Quasi-Parish of Bascaran, volunteer catechists

are encouraged to engage teaching catechism in the public schools which
are under your jurisdiction. In this regard, I am humbly requesting from your
good office the permission for our volunteer catechists to teach catechism
within regular class hours and be allowed to conduct other related religious
activities for the school year 2023-2024.

Through these formative activities, we hope to inculcate in our young students

both religious and moral values so that they may develop into God-fearing
and upright citizens. These will be done in the manner not detrimental to other
learning activities of the school and shall be conducted on the schedule
approved by your good office, preferably the first fifteen (15) minutes of their
class. If you have clarifications, we would be more than willing to
communicate with you.

We look forward in collaborating with you for our common goal of forming
academically, morally, and spiritually integrated individuals.
