resume possession of the asset / vehicle, details of which are given above.

While repossessing please ensure that :-

The borrower surrenders the vehicle / product freely and signs the surrender letter in this regard.
The vehicle is empty without any cargo or consignment or valuable or cash lying in it.
The inventory of all the items like tools, token etc. lying in the vehicle is taken and the tyre numbers are noted in the presence of the responsible witness.
The Registration Certificate, Road Tax Book and Insurance Policy are collected.
The local Police station has been informed in advance and an acknowledgment taken prior to the recovery of possession of the said vehicle/ product.
The local police station is informed forthwith on recovery of possession of the said vehicle and acknowledgment is taken. After recovery of possession of
the said vehicle, please have the said vehicle taken to nearest office / godown for safe custody and intimate us within 24 hours ( twenty four) hours of the
same along with the list of the inventory.
