6-2. Explanation of Power shift circuit

Horsepower curve is shifted by EPPR valve current.


So, it is possible to get the optimum power according
to job condition.

4. Boom Priority Function (Swing Logic Valve )
When Boom up & Swing are operated simultaneously, it increases Boom up speed. The swing logic valve does not work
in single swing operation.

6. Boom Down Operation

When boom down is operated, the pressure in the return line can be higher than that of supply line and this allows
the make-up function by pushing the check valve.

11-1. Breaker Mode

At breaker mode, CPU allows the current to ATT’ Flow Control EPPR V/V to reduce the oil flow up to 7 Step.

13. Holding Valve
When RCV lever is in neutral condition, the return oil from Boom cyl is
13-1. Boom Holding Condition blocked by the check valve. So it can not flow to the Boom spool section.

because of the swing inertia. After stopping swinging, it rotates to reversal direction. After primary reverse
swing, the secondary reversal pressure occurs at the opposite side. This process happens several times.
Anti-rotation valve reduces reverse swings so that the machine can stop swinging smoothly.

3) Port Relief Valve: Make-up Function

Make-up function is operated when the return pressure “R”


is
higher than the supply pressure “P”
Vacuum will happen due to high speed oil by external
force
on cylinder. Socket(8) will move to the arrow direction
and
the return oil from “R” port will be supplied to “P” port.
It prevents cavitation.
