A RESOLUTION ENDORSING FOR APPROVAL BY THE SANGGUNIANG BARANGAY OF

BARANGAY PATIMA, INFANTA, PANGASINAN THE ANNUAL INVESTMENT PROGRAM
(AIP) FOR CY 2024 OF THE SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN (SK) OF BARANGAY PATIMA,
INFANTA, PANGASINAN.

WHEREAS, the Sangguniang Kabataan (SK) of the barangay its tasked to formulate appraise
and prioritize medium and annual socio – economic SK Development plans, programs and projects, as
well as to coordinate, monitor and evaluate the implementation of SK development programs and projects
in this barangay;
 WHEREAS, presented before the members of the Sangguniang Kabataan meeting assembled for
study, scrutiny and consideration was the Annual Investment Plan (AIP) of SK Barangay Patima, Infanta,
Pangasinan for CY 2023 with its specific plans, programs and activities as hereto attached;
WHEREAS, after careful study and deliberations by all members of the Sangguniang Kabataan
present, it was found to be in accordance with the policies and guideline set forth by the Budget
Operations Manual for Barangay issued by the DBM dated July 2006 and the BOM for Local
Government Unit 2008 Edition issued by the DBM and its conformity with the vision, goals, mission and
objectives of the Barangay;
WHEREAS, the body after taking into account and consideration the soundness of the idea and
worthiness of the plans, programs and objectives specified in the SK Annual Investment Program CY
2024, it was moved and duly seconded by the members of SK in session assembled for the purpose to;
RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved that the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Patima,
Infanta, Pangasinan is hereby endorses for approval by the Sangguniang Barangay of Patima, Infanta,
Pangasinan, the SK Annual Investment Program (AIP) CY 2024 with foresighted programs projects and
activities for the SK Development Plan (SKDP) CY 2024 to be funded out form the 10% SK Fund, from
the Barangay IRA CY – 2024 of the Barangay Patima, Infanta, Pangasinan;
RESOLVED FINALLY, that copies of this resolution be furnished to be Sangguniang Barangay
of Patima, Infanta, Pangasinan, for their review, information and appropriated action;

APPROVED UNANIMOUSLY.
I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution is true and correct and was approved by the
members of Sangguniang Kabataan on September 3, 2023.
