    1. DEL PKGS - Delivered Packages: The total number of delivered packages the Driver had for that day.
    2. DCR - Delivery Completion Rate: The number of delivered packages divided by the number of dispatched packages.
    3. POD - Photo On Delivery Compliance: The number of usable photos (can be presented to customer) divided by the number of times the Driver
    was prompted to take a photo.
    4. CC - Customer Call Compliance: Of all packages not delivered by a Driver due to UTA, UTL, or NSL (denominator),how many of those packages
    had a call to the customer through the Rabbit app (numerator)
    5. SCAN COMP - % of Packages Scanned Correctly Through Device: The percent of packages delivered by the Driver and marked delivered
    through the device.

    *DNR - Delivered Not Recieved DPMO: For daily DNR figures please see the DSP portal.

    This document contains sensitive personal information of several Drivers which can be shared only with the affected individual Drivers.
