Evaluation report on training outcomes for senior management

• Training outcomes

Number of employees being trained in the new sales model is 367; however, the target was 4,000. The massive

shortfalls in the training provided were also noticed in regards to training for sustainability practices, etc.

Based on my interviews with the employees and the managers, I could say a few things about this evident failure of

the pilot training on the sales model. These are:

3. Fees and payment terms

The schedule below details the fees and payment terms for the services provided under this agreement.
