Industrial Automation Business Group ("IABG") declares hereby that the products
manufactured by IABG , which belong to Category 9 products ( monitoring and control
equipment ), stated below product list on page 2 in compliance with European Directive
2011/65/EU (known as RoHS 2.0) and the amendment Directive (EU) 2015/863 on the
Restriction of the use of certain Hazardous Substances in electrical and electronic equipment.

Grace Periods: Restriction of Phthalates under RoHS

The Phthalates (DEHP, BBP, DBP and DIBP) investigated by IABG is in progress. They will be
restricted from 22 July 2019 for all electrical and electronic equipment apart from Category 8
(medical devices) and Category 9 (monitoring and control equipment) that will have an additional
two years to comply by 22 July 2021.
