Q1. What is the Marketing Plan Harmonization introduced on 13th November 2023?
A1. The Marketing Plan Harmonization will improve the ability for Distributors to progress in the Marketing Plan
and better align the Marketing Plan between the Preferred Customer markets and Non-Preferred Customer
markets. As a reminder, these changes are the result of the survey conducted in March 2023 where eligible
President’s Team were invited to participate in the decision to implement these changes.

Q2. What are the changes that will occur?

A2. The changes include updates to the qualifications for Senior Consultant, Success Builder, Qualified
Producer, and the Accumulated 3-12 months Supervisor Qualification as shown in flyers below:

Q3. Will the changes impact November 2023 volume month or will those apply to the previous months
too?
A3. The changes will be effective November 2023 volume month and will apply to qualifications currently in
progress.

Q5. If the Distributor achieves 2000 VP Accumulative Senior Consultant (SC) in 1 month, will he/she keep
the 42% discount for the month following the qualification?
A5. Yes, the DS will maintain the 42% discount the following month.

Q6. If a DS places an order for 500 PPV the DS will get a 35% discount on the order. The next order same
month is 501 PPV. Total is more than 1000 PPV – do they get 42% discount on the 501 PPV order?
A6: Correct, 42% discount will apply to the 501 PPV order.

Q7. If a Distributor achieved the Qualified Producer (QP) qualification within six months, prior to the
Marketing Plan Harmonization (MPH) changes becoming active as of November volume month, will
the system qualify them to QP when the MPH goes live on November 13th? Example: A Distributor
accumulates 2,500 Volume Points (with PPV minimum) from June through October 2023.

A7. If the Distributor (DS) has achieved the required volume within the qualification period (June 2023 through
November 2023), the system will update the Distributor to a Qualified Producer.
Note: Because the qualification was completed as of November 2023 volume month, the QP Qualification
Date will be December 1, 2023. However, you will be eligible for 42% discount upon the system update
November 13, 2023.
