    Subject: Letter for Issuing urgent Date for Passport.

    Respected Sir/ Madam,

    Mr.Abhijith Rojish Nair is the student of our institution Frankffin Institute of Air Hostess
    Training. He is undergoing the Aviation course form our Institution and his course will end by
    ending of November 2023. The RPO appointment date given to him is of 15th December 2023.
    The issued date is far more late as he will be getting placement after his completion of course
    and the Passport is an compulsay requirement to attend the interview and as to also update the
    passport number in his Resume.

    We request you to kindly issue him an urgent appointment date for the aforesaid reason.
