Action Plan Dissemination
The research's findings addressing the use of the "Read, Retell, React, and Reflect Strategy" as an
intervention in learners' reading comprehension will be presented with the College of Education faculty
at Don Honorio Ventura State University, in particular the English teachers. A proposal and action plan
will be created for the English teachers to explore using the mentioned intervention for teaching
reading comprehension as the administration of the College of Education takes into consideration the
findings and effectiveness of the intervention. In order to monitor the quality of instruction and the use
of intervention, it will also be suggested and proposed that the College Dean evaluate and observe the
English teachers. The resulting action plan is displayed below.

Program Objective: To make recommendations regarding how to implement the Read, Retell, React,
and Reflect strategy into practice as an interactive platform to improve and develop students' reading
comprehension in Grade 7.
