Terms and Conditions:

1. Official Purchase Order to be issued prior to commencement of work.
2. NOC’s / Permits for the site activities should be provided by the Client. Lab shall not be responsible for the damage of underground utilities, if any.
3. Any site specific safety training required shall be arranged by the client.
4. Test reports reissued at client’s request after three months from the original issue date will be chargeable at 50% of the relevant test fees.
5. Reissue of reports will be subject to review and approval by the management.
6. If the monitoring instruments are damaged on-site due to client’s negligence, AHSL will invoice the client additionally for complete replacement
costs
7. If statement of compliance required in the test report, the decision rule shall be applied.
8. Payment shall be made against agreed payment terms to the below mentioned bank account. In case of payment by Cheque, the Cheque should be
issued in the name of Al Hoty Stanger Limited.

10. AHSL shall decide the choice of method (matrix A or B) to be used for the enumeration of Legionella species depends on the origin and
characteristics of the sample and reason for sampling.
11. Samples will disposed once the above retention period has elapsed.
12. Quoted rates are only for calibration undertaken assuming that the instruments are in good working condition.
13. For any adjustments/settings/alterations, If required will be done only with the support /assistance from your technical expert
14. If the scheduled calibration is delayed due to unforeseen situation, AHSL LAB shall not responsible for any losses incurred.
15. In case of any unforeseen circumstance, the job will be subcontracted to accredited Laboratory with a prior notification to client
16. Client shall arrange all the accessories if required during the calibration
17. Client shall provide the accuracy levels required for calibration.
18. All information will be kept confidential, however, if a regulatory authority request for the same AHSL is bound by law to share it. In such cases
client will be notified.
19. Test/calibration reports can be recalled, in case of any non-conforming work found post an investigation by QA department. Retest of the samples
shall be offered at no additional cost to client.
