Aalborg Instructions For Adjusting The Aux BLR
Aalborg Instructions For Adjusting The Aux BLR
Further to our telecon. kindly find here below for your reference relevant
instructions for Oil/Air Flow regulation.
Many times you may observe on the boiler, significant deviation between
SET.P (%) and VALUE (%) on the F.OIL FLOW then boiler will trip due to Oil
Servo Error and/or will smoke due to bad combustion (more Oil then Air).
In order to adjust the Oil Flow % so as SET P.= VALUE you need to perform
the following instructions.
In this menu you will find either SERVO MOTOR or AIR SERVO + OIL SERVO.
To calibrate the servo enter the respectively menu for example OIL SERVO.
In this menu you will find RANGE LOW / RANGE HIGH / RAW DATA
RANGE HIGH + RANGE LOW : Working area of the servo motor - these are the
values to be calibrated.
RANGE LOW : With the boiler stopped the servo should be close to 0 deg
opening. Change the value in RANGE LOW to match RAW DATA.
Once this has been done you will only need to calibrate RANGE HIGH.
In the menu SERVO find REMOTE CTRL and set it to 1 to enable manual control
of servo. Password required is 3101.
Now increase the oil flow by pressing INCREASE on the UNISAB front. Once the
servo is completely open go back to
CALIBRATE > OIL SERVO.
Once this has been done the REMOTE CRTL must be set back to 0
