Internship
Bugsmirror Research Private Limited is a self-subsistent, flourishing and bootstrap startup. We work in the
field of Android research and currently we are looking for some innovative minded Tech-enthusiasts.

● Job Designation - Member of Technical Staff - Intern.

● Job Duration - In-Office 6 Months Full-time Internship.

● Date of Joining (Tentative) - January 2024

● Stipend - ₹ 20,000 per month

Stipend will be based on the performance in the selection process.

● PPO Offer - After the completion of internship, PPO offers might be extended to candidates who
perform well during the internship for the following Designation:
❖ Member of Technical Staff (CTC - 6 LPA)

● Skills required
Good understanding of programming skills.
Good fluency in English.
Adaptability to new technologies. Proactive
and quick learner.

● Job Location - In-office internship at Indore, Madhya Pradesh (Not a Remote Internship)

● Accommodation - No Accommodation will be provided by the company

● Job Description
The Internship will Start with a 14 days training period, where the candidates will be introduced to latest
technologies like Flutter, Golang etc. under the guidance of a mentor. On the basis of your performance in
the training period, one of the following profiles will be allotted to you. Which may be changed in future
according to the company's requirement.

 There are 3 tracks as intern profile which students would be asked to work on :-

1. Front-End Development
2. Back-End Development 3. Android Development

● Job Role - Interns will be asked to perform tasks related to above mentioned technologies during the
training period. Later, projects will be allocated to be finished in due time. Interns need to follow company
norms and policies.

● Selection process
There will be Four shortlisting rounds :
Round 1: Technical Paper 1 (Basic Coding skill).
Sample task: Mandatory sample paper for preparation of Technical Paper 2 (A day prior to Technical Paper).
Round 2: Technical Paper 2 (Advanced Coding skill).
Round 3: Personal Interview 1 (Technical + HR).
Round 4: Personal Interview 2 (Technical).

Note: Each round is a shortling round and only selected candidates will receive emails for the further
rounds. Round 3 and Round 4 may be conducted in offline mode for candidates available in Indore.

● Eligibility - Courses- B.E./ B.Tech (final year or pass out) - All branches are eligible.
● No CGPA criteria
● Requirements - Laptop with webcam

● Developing applications for all screen sizes using Flutter framework.
● Developing Back-End applications in GO programming language.
