Today I will talk about my daily routine. I often wake up at 7 am every day.

First, I will
check my social media accounts in 10 minutes. Second, I will do exercise and have
breakfast with bread or pho. I like to engage in some physical activity. This could be
going for a jog or bike ride, doing yoga, or even just taking a walk in the park. After
exercising, I usually take a shower to refresh myself and get ready for the day ahead. By
the time, it is usually around noon, so I start cooking for the lunch. I always cook simply
meals because I eat alone. After that, I will take a nap to get energized for the afternoon.
In the afternoon, I will study Chinese or revision of my lesson at school until around 5
pm. Then, I will cook dinner. I will cook more than buy from outside because I want to
become an independent man. Overall, I will review my lesson for the next day. At
bedtime, I will sleep around 11pm because this time will help me maintain a healthy
balance between productivity and relaxation while ensuring that both my mind and body
are well taken care of.
