PUBLIC NOTICE

Notice is hereby given to the Public at large that my client MR.


GHANSHYAM REVNATH CHIMBAIKAR, aged 56 years, is a lawful owner of the
Flat No. 302, admeasuring 515 Sq.fts built up area, 3 rd Floor in the building to be
known as “PANDUPUTRA APARTMENT” situated on the land bearing S.No. 68,
Hissa No. 1 – A, at revenue village Mangaon, Dombivli (East), Tal – Kalyan, Dist –
Thane, Maharashtra - 421204 by executing agreement for sale dated 4th
DECEMBER 2017, registered under serial number KLN – 4, document no.
12076/2017, however the Original AGREEMENT FOR SALE for the abovesaid flat
is misplaced and a complaint against the same is filed in MANPADA POLICE
STATION, DOMBIVLI. The abovementioned flat is claimed to be free from all
encumbrances, claims, charges and demands whatsoever.

If any Government Organization/ Revenue Authorities/ Stamp Duty


department and/ or Financial Institutes or any person or persons having any right,
title or interest by way of inheritance or any claim in whatsoever nature against the
said flat and shares, should send their claims in writing to the undersigned along
with the documentary evidence in support of the said claim thereof within the 15
days of publication of the said notice, failing which the claims if any shall be
deemed to have been waived. After the expiry of the said notice period, it shall be
considered that the said property is free from all encumbrances and reasonable
doubts and hence marketable. My client then shall be free to deal with the said flat
and any objection taken thereafter shall not be entertained and considered invalid.
