Dear Sir/Madam,

Please be noted that as per instruction of my client Mr. Shrinivas Gangaram


Bairaveni an advertisement came to be published in newspapers namely The Free Press
Journal and Mumbai Tarun Bharat on 8th February 2014.

In the said advertisement it was notified that my client Mr. Shrinivas Gangaram
Bairaveni intends to sell his flat No. 201, admeasuring 576 Sq. Ft. built up area
(equivalent to 53.53 Sq. Mt. built up area), on the 2 nd Floor, Wing “B”, of the building
known as Supreme Classic, Opp. Vijay Park, being constructed on the land bearing
Survey no. 158, Hissa No. 1 & Survey no. 168, Hissa No. 4, of Revenue Village, Mira,
Mira Road (East), Thane: - 401 107, within the city limits of Mira – Bhayander
Municipal Corporation in the locality more popularly known as Supreme Classic Co. Op.
Housing Society Ltd. And therefore, a time limit of 15 days was given to the public,
Government authorities, person or persons to claim their right, title or interest in the
said flat.

Kindly be noted that till now the office of mine have not received any claim
sought through the way of an advertisement in the abovementioned newspapers, and
hence it could be held that the said property is free from all encumbrances and
reasonable doubts and thus, for this reason it is marketable. Further, my client Mr.
Shrinivas Gangaram Bairaveni shall be free to deal with the said flat.
