FACILITY MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE
COURSE Project
The aim of the project is to build an integrated plan to:
1. Choose an analog FM Plan for one discipline and digitize it, e.g. housekeeping, security, help desk,
landscape with mentioning if it is in-house or outsourced. You can digitize a manual process at your
company. This should include the key aspects / elements for proper system. A real plan can be developed
for future implementation in an integrated system.

2. Prepare an FM proposal for any discipline (sample of RFQ, KPI, SLA, etc.) regarding an FM service with all
the needed categories.

The expected deliverables of the asset management plan are:

Deliverable (1):
A project writeup that includes all the needed items of the FM plan as outlined in the sessions.

Deliverable (2):
Presentation to be demonstrated by the group

Notes:
• Students should be divided into groups of 4 – 5 members.
• Groups will carry out a presentation to demonstrate each deliverable according to the due date schedule.
• A final presentation for each group to present their integrated model at the end of the course.
Delivery Date:
June , 2023
