Project Plan

I. Objectives:
 To make a mini coin purse wallet using hand stitching.
 To develop skills in hand stitching.

II. Tools and Materials Needed:

 Old Maong pants
 Thread
 Needle
 Scissor
 Measuring Tape
 Zipper
 Piece of cardboard

III. Design/ Illustration:

IV. Procedure:
  Gather all tools and materials needed.
 Using cardboard template, cut two (2) square pieces of maong
pants (5x5 inches) or cut any preferred size.
 Attach the zipper. Put the zipper right sides together with an
outside fabric piece.
 Stitch across press the same open. Top stich across through all
layers.
 Join zipper to other side the same way.
 Stich the same leaving gap at the bottom lining.
 After, stitch the sides of the fabric and the bottom, you can hand
stitch with the ladder stitch for an invisible finish.

V. Evaluation:

My personalized Mini Coin Purse Wallet is made by hand stitching and

made out of old maong pants. This coin purse can easily fit into our
pocket due to its size. Likewise, it is durable because it is made of strong
fabric (maong) and it can also be easily clean through washing.

VII. Documentation:

Hand stitching craft is so unique compared to machine-processed. Hand

stitched is much more superior in strength and durability.
