PROMISSORY NOTE

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

I, MA. DE LA MERCED GUCE BURGOS, of legal age, Filipino citizen and a resident
of Niing San Antonio, Quezon, do hereby ACKNOWLEDGE, CONFIRM and CONFESS that I
am indebted in the amount of FIFTY THOUSAND PESOS (Php50,000.00) Philippine currency
unto JESIECA LUNA CENIZA, likewise of legal age, Filipino citizen, single and a resident of
Phase 1 Block 3 Lot 4, Brgy. Poblacion 5 FVR GMA, Cavite.

I hereby promise to pay JESIECA LUNA CENIZA my principal loan within three (3)
months from the execution hereof with SEVEN PERCENT (7%) total interest amounting to
TEN THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED PESOS (Php10,500.00) Philippine Currency and shall be
paid in the following manner:

MARCH 21, 2023 - (Php20,168.00)

APRIL 21,2023 - (Php20,168.00)
MAY 21,2023 - (Php20,168.00)

Note: That if the Borrower/Promisor failed to pay within the agreed period of three
(3) months, the Borrowee/Promisee shall collect additional interest in the amount of TEN
THOUSAND PESOS (Php 10,000.00) Philippine Currency until such time that the principal
loan will be fully paid by the Borrower/Promisor to the Borrowee/Promisee.

In case of legal proceedings occurred, I shall bind myself to pay legal expenses
including but not limited to attorney’s fees that will be incurred by said person.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands this February 21, 2023 in
GMA, Cavite.
