AFFIDAVIT OF NO OBJECTION

I, (name of company’s rep), Filipino, of legal age, representative of (name of

port/company) by virtue of the attached Secretary’s Certificate or Special Power of Attorney,
with office address at (specific address of port), after being duly sworn to in accordance of law,
hereby depose and state:

1. That (name of port/company) presently locates its port along (specific address of port) ;
2. That we are aware of the City’s Zoning Ordinance and Comprehensive Land Use Plan
classifying our present location in (specific address of port)as a Planned Unit of
Development I for Civic and Trade (Central Business District and Commercial Zone);
3. That alongside abovementioned plan is the Coastal Road and 4 th Bridge Project in
Mandaue City to be implemented by the Department of Public Works and Highways
along the coast of Barangay Looc, Centro, and City South Special Economic
Administrative Zone;
4. That we give our consent and full support for the implementation of these plans and
commits to undertake the necessary actions to align with the realization of said plans;
5. That we interpose no objection but instead undertake not to cause any obstruction that
will block impede, or hinder the full implementation of the Coastal Road and 4 th Bridge
Project and as well as the development of our location as Planned Unit of Development I
for Civic and Trade (Central Business District and Commercial Zone);
6. As such, I am executing this Affidavit of Consent to attest to the truth of the foregoing
and for any legal purposes it may serve.
