Project General Information: :‫بيانات عامة عن المشروع‬

ACTED is a humanitarian organization that
provides emergency relief and recovery
assistance to populations affected by natural
disasters and conflicts in Yemen. ACTED is
seeking to implement a Water Supply project is
set to cover four governorates, namely Sa’ada,
Hudaydah, Raymah, and Dhamar, with a specific
focus on rural and isolated areas within these
governorates. The Expression of Interest (EoI)
will be applied at the governorate level. The
summaries of the upcoming WASH project will be
as following:

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
1. A prequalification information session will be
organized on 13/09/2023 at 11:00 AM in
ACTED representative office in [ACTED Office
– Sana’a Office, Haadah, Behind Al-azani -S
-Sana’a-Yemen]. Participation of interested
applicants to the information session is
preferable but not compulsory.
2. ACTED will hold a Tender Opening Session at
ACTED Office – Sana’a Office, Haadah ,
Behind Al-azani -S -Sana’a-Yemen on 20-09-
2023 at 11:00 AM (Yemen time). The
presence of Applicant’s representatives is
permitted, for that you need to submit your
contact details to the email address

20-09-2023 at 10:00 AM (Yemen time).
3. The Submission Deadline for interested
applicants is 20/09/2023 at 10:00am.
4. The application must be submitted in a sealed

6. The submission of an application by an
applicant to this Expression of Interest is not a
guarantee of an award of a contract.
7. To ensure that funds are used exclusively for
humanitarian purposes and in accordance with
donors’ compliance requirements, all
applications are subject to the condition that
contractors do not appear on anti-terrorism
lists, in line with ACTED’s anti-terrorism policy.
To this end, ACTED reserves the right to carry
out anti-terrorism checks on any contractor, its
board members, staff, volunteers, consultants,
financial service providers and sub-
contractors.
8. Collusive practices are prohibited and will lead
to applications rejection.
9. ACTED adopts a zero-tolerance approach
