ARCHITECTURAL DESIGN
Orienting the structure to face the east is the best; avoid trees
that will block the morning sun.
Main exterior stairways should be oriented either facing the
east, facing a nearby mountain, facing upstream of a river, or
parallel to the shoreline of the sea.
Areas under stairways should not be used as passageways.
The number of steps in a flight of stairs must fall on the count
of oro (gold) or plata (silver), never mata (death)

or dining room.

CONSTRUCTION
Break ground on a Monday and when the moon is
growing in size.
Do not break ground in February.
Initial concrete pouring should be done when the moon is
growing in size or the full moon.
Place coins or religious medals in the foundations for

into the house.
