Job Title Analyst - Incoming Billing and Control team (IBAC)

Overall Job Purpose
Ensure that the area operates to maximum efficiency while maintaining a system of controls over all
functions, whilst ensuring all targets set are achieved with high levels of customer service.

Primary Key Responsibilities


 Producing and issuing all invoices on Revport under remit
 Covering Revport invoice production (i.e. Internal, Segregated Mandate & Trustees billing) for other
Income Accountants when required
 Producing monthly MI in relation to actuals vs accruals variances
 Monitoring Client Invoice Inbox, responding in a timely manner to invoicing queries and assigning
requests from the business to relevant team members.
 Supporting Sales Ledger processes i.e. monthly aged debt collection and covering the Sales Ledger
Accountant with invoice posting when required

Additional Responsibilities :

 Supporting Intercompany agreement process


 Correct Output VAT treatment on invoices
 Supporting balance sheet reconciliation completion and improvement
 Adhering to all Internal Controls
 Improving billing processes and maintaining process notes
 Assisting wider Finance Income Team with ad hoc requests
 Building relationships and work effectively with Middle Office, Front Office Admin and Finance
functions across M&G.
 Keeping abreast of business and project developments
 Completing half yearly IMA review
 Income team risk officer duties on Metricstream (company risk logging platform
 Downloading and troubleshooting key control documents such as the Aladdin Publish Check Report

 Qualified Chartered Accountant
