Event name: Film flash

Event details: It is an inter-college short film contest. A short film

of any genre of your choice with subtitles. It must be submitted two
days before the fest. Only the screening and the judgement will be
done on one of the days during the fest.
Submission guidelines: should be submitted in MOV or MP4
format or can upload it in a drive and send the link.
Rules and regulations:
1. Any language is accepted but subtitles are necessary.
2. Duration must be a minimum of 10mins and maximum of 20mins.
3. No explicit content- film should NOT contain any depictions of
violence or sex
4. No hate speech or discrimination.
5. Any disputes should be brought to the attention of the organizers
in a respectful manner.
6. Copyright and originality: Content must be original and
filmmakers should be responsible for any copyright issues.
Entry Fee: 1000 per team
Prize: 10000 for first prize
5000 for second prize
