Portfolio
Our investment portfolio is composed of mainly 6 industries with a majority of retail
trade, followed by electronic technology, technology services, consumer service and
consumer durables. Electronic technology and technology service stocks have a general

long-term upward trend so we purchased these stocks keeping in mind that Hilary still
has a long-term goal to meet and these stocks will ensure she has a stable return on her
investment.

As for the retail trade, consumer service and consumer durables stocks, they have shown
to have drastic short-term rises and drops. We plan to use these short-term investments
to increase Hilary’s short-term return on her investments so she can cover the costs of
the renovations on her South American property.
Financial
goals
After carefully studying Hilary’s portfolio, we have identified both short-term investment
goals as well as long-term investment goals of hers. Specifically, Hilary is looking to be
able to allocate 25% of $100,000 investment to renovate her South American property
after the 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games. She is looking for a return on her
investment of at least $15,000 on the initial $25,000 short term investment by the end of

2028 in order to fulfill her wishes of renovating her South American property; which is
her short-term priority.

As for long-term goals, Hilary looks to partner with WGAM over the next 15 years in
order to launch her start-up idea of a women-owned sports consulting firm. She aims to
be able to uplift women athletes and industry executives in order to boost their careers to
their full potential. As well, she wants to focus on increasing sports access to
underrepresented communities to highlight more talented players and make sports
watching more accessible to the general public.

As both her short-term and long-term goals require a large return on her investment, our
team believes in investing in a variety of different stocks in different industries to be able
to minimize risk and create a stable plan to maximize the return on her investments.

Strategies
Base Strategy: The investment strategy centers on allocating resources to well-
established tech and software giants, including Apple, Alphabet Inc, and Adobe, Based

on the belief that these companies are set to grow steadily in the current stage and over
the long run. These companies not only pioneer in this field but also possess the
resilience and financial strength needed to thrive in a constantly changing landscape,
solidifying their appeal in this investment strategy. The confidence in these companies'
growth prospects is driven by the widespread integration of AI and technology in our
daily lives, fundamentally changing how we interact with and rely on these
advancements. Their robust financial health and adaptability to various market
conditions make them dependable long-term investments. While recognizing potential
risks from fast-paced technological advancements and market competition, the strategy
is forward-looking.

and market dynamics, especially reduced in-store visits. Targeting the consumer
discretionary sector, known for flexible spending on high online sales of non-essential
