AMI- Assistência Médica Internacional

AMI or, Assistência Médica Internacional (International Medical Assistance), is a well-

established non-governmental organization (ONG/NGO) which is headquartered in Portugal. It
was founded in 1984 by Dr. Fernando Nobre, a Portuguese physician. AMI is dedicated to
