d. Schedule of pouring of concrete after all trades had completed
their works.
e. Concrete placing: first pouring the beam/column’s intersection
the beams and slabs using pump crete.

PROPOSED RING LOCKED SYSTEM
(ZHEJIANG SUZIN CONSTRUCTION EQUIPMENT CO.,LTD)
RINGLOCK SCAFFOLD AND FORMWORKS SYSTEM

 INTRODUCTION
The Ringlocked formworks is a modular scaffold which is
more safe and convenient, it can be divided into 48mm system
and 60mm system. Ringlock system is constitute of standard,
ledger, diagonal brace, base jack, U-head and other
components. Standard is welded by rosette with eight hole at four
small holes to connect the ledger and another four big holes to
connect diagonal brace. This scaffold system is reasonable design
make the system force by there point that can resist bending and
anti-skating.

When you hammer down and fix the wedge pin, the joints
will be connected with standard closely and make the vibration
from the ledger pass down to the ground, it can make the wedge
pin get the vibration less and will not be bounced off.
PROPOSED RINGLOCKED SCAFFOLDING
SYSTEM
Advantages of Ringlock Scaffolding System
1. Advance technology, reasonable joint design and stable
connection.
2. Assembling easily and quickly, greatly reduced the time
and labor cost.
3. Upgrade the raw materials by low-alloy steel.
4. High zinc coating and long life to use, clean and
beautiful.
5. Automatic welding, high precision and superior quality.
6. Stable Structure, high bearing capacity safe and durable.
