Your safety is our concern as a valuable employee of PT SCG Pipe and Precast
Indonesia. Ensure that you are respect to all Safety Determination and Plant
Environment.

1. Report your coming to the security

2. All employees are in plant must use appropriate PPE. Those PPE are helmet,
safety shoes, vest, safety glasses, dust masker and ear plug (For a particular job).
3. If there any emergency condition, you must follow instruction of Plant
Supervisor/Superintendent/Safety Representative. If injured or illness
communicate to First Aider. The first aider list is posted at the Safety Notice
Board.
4. All Peoples are in plant, employee or visitor must report all of incident (not only
injury) such as hazard /hazard potential directly to the Plant
Supervisor/Superintendent or Senior People at Plant.
5. Prohibited to all employees or visitor to open or touch the electrical panel without
have plant supervisor approval.
6. All peoples are in plant must respect to all safety signs
7. Maximum velocity is 8 km/jam unless specified
8. All the peoples are prohibited to enter stock pile area and heavy equipment is
operated without approval because its restricted area.
9. Prohibited to all employees, contractors, suplliers or visitors use plant’s
equipment without a clearly approval from plant supervisor or superintendent
10. Smoking can only done in determined area
11. The Regulation of PT SCG Pipe and Precast about alcohol and others prohibited
drugs state that all employees or visitor Prohibited to bring or under influence of
prohibitied drugs, alcohol and other which causing danger risk to people,
equipment and environment
12. All vehicles must be parked in the parking area including motorcycle.
13. Stay with your guide when you are in plant. Don’t go around without permission
14. Always be carefull , be aware and keep “radar on”

Potential Hazard in Plant

All plants of PT Boral Pipe and Preacst Indonesia are different and have different
hazard/potential hazard. All employees and visitors must know HAZARD/POTENTIAL
HAZARD below :
1. Heavy equipment-Forklift, Loader, Mobile Crane, Dump Truck and Cement
Tanker, all have potential hazard and must take care when stand around the vehicles

2. Always ensure the machine operator can see you, don’t assume

3. Prohibited to approach the vehicle from behind

4. Be careful to all heavy equipment or others which in operate in plant

5. Always follow the traffic management plant. If not understand please ask to the
Plant Supervisor

6. Prohibited to walk under load/hanging material

7. Be careful to all hazards of tirp/slip/bump caused by unflat land

8. Ensure 3 point contact always done in every time when up/down the ladders

9. Prohibited to enter work area without approval.
