    One Joseph Christian Lim of legal age, resident of Poblacion, Lugait Misamis
    Oriental has voluntarily deposited the following items to Lugait MPS: one (1) 9mm Jericho
    94IF pistol with SN 140253 marked CJL and two (2) steel magazine for 9mm pistol which
    were received from the Regional Crime Laboratory Office 10.

    That the abovementioned items deposited is for safekeeping purposes until all the
    pertinent documents required by law is accomplished.
