(1) Explain the frequency allocations for satelleite services, and list the IEEE frequency bands.
(2) Explain the satellite orbital elements:
(3) Calculate the apogee and perigee heights for the orbital parameters. Assume a mean earth
radius of 6371 km, e = 0.0011501 and a = 7192.335 km.
(4) Explain the earth eclipse of satellites.
(5) What are the effects of earth’s equatorial bulge and equatorial ellipticity on geostationary
orbit.
