Reflection:

We all know that Salmon and pompano are popular because aside from their
tastiness, they are also affordable. That’s why small fish vendors are anxious since they
rely on their earnings from these fish. It is quiet unfair to all consumers, especially this
coming Christmas who want to serve these fish for their noche buena . Knowing that
only rich people can afford hotels and restaurants where this fish can be available and
how about those poor people who cannot afford hotels and restaurant? It is really unfair
why are they just focusing in small businesses and why the selling of salmon and
pompano will be stopped and not other imported fishes? They are aware that imported,
farm-raised pampano and salmon are worst than industrial wastes and are not good for
the health. In fact importation and consumption should be bannned to protect the public.
Another issue is the inflation, as we are experiencing now in the Philippines prices of
commodity are timely rising and people are struggling to find cheat alternatives for the
commodities that are the price hikes especially the poor people that can’t afford human
necessities. It is really difficult, to think that even one onion will cost 20 pesos.
Description

According to the said report “Ipinagbabawal umano ang pagbebenta ng mga

Fisheries and Aquatic Resources (BFAR) nitong Huwebes.
cannery, hotel at restaurant.
