Role – Corporate Finance

We are looking to hire 2 to 3 people from Junior to Mid-level with experience of upto 10 years on
priority who can join us within 2 months.

Job Summary
Responsible for coordinating with Banks for loan sanction and requisite diligence
including title, valuation etc.
Review, negotiate and execution of loan documentation with banks
Ensure timely Bank Loan Compliances (pre-disbursement & post-disbursement)
Ensure timely Interest & Principal repayment and reconciliation
Prepare financial group data to facilitate credit rating process with CRISIL & ICRA for
consolidated rating of the group companies
Collate, analyse & share the data in presentable manner with the Lenders
Co-ordination with lenders/internal team for discrepancy resolution, if any
Adhoc internal working/ reporting
Responsible for conducting primary and secondary research within the real estate
segment, followed by structuring and analyzing the gathered data.
Required to undertake financial modeling for funding of various projects and to prepare
reports/presentations for the same.
Minimum Requirement
CA / MBA with Finance as Majors
Looking for energetic people at Junior to Mid level with experience of upto 5 years
For Mid -senior level – One should have worked in the field of finance with Real Estate
Company/ Consulting firms/NBFC
