Key Role & Responsibility:
Drives Continuous Process Improvement from an end-to-end supply chain standpoint – starting from
procurements engagement with Project proposal team, to interface with Engineering teams & orchestrate initiative
across function and applies specific quality/process improvement tools
Work with EPC & FGD project teams and understand the voice of the associates to identify the gaps in the current
processes
Leverage understanding of business operations, processes, and financial parameters to deliver on analysis &
reporting
Develops framework for Procurement Control Register & Financial Reporting dashboard for data
visualizations & ensures smooth reporting, establishing global standard ways of working
Worked on formulation & implementation of P-to-P concept in supply chain
Works closely with Functional departments & JVs to ensure stability and cost effectiveness of supply
Simplifies processes by identifying Wastes from the processes to maximize value proposition across the supply
chain
Introduced simplified version of Procurement approval Process & helped in developing Pre-bid dashboard for
supply chain
Coordinates for monthly & quarterly review with stakeholders for updates on project progress

Leverage project management tools to control, monitor & analyze BOP(Balance Of Plant) performance
Lead the timely supply of materials /package execution/addressing technical & commercial issues/closure & final
handing over of balance of plant packages worth INR 205 Cr & INR 280 Crs respectively
Drives Pre & Post order vendor management such as floating of enquiry/technical review & clearance/vendor
mobilization/deployment of plants & machineries/closure and finally handover to client.
Prepares Sales & Operations Planning for BOP packages thereby supported executive decision making
Collaborates with other departments, JVs, functional leaders to define, prioritize the project requirements
Lead PMO governance such as setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members with required
deliverables.
Developed & lead the implementation of Productivity Improvement process across the whole project, Plan and
Schedule Resource Efficiently.
Supports in boiler hydro test planning & timely execution, thereby helped project realizing milestone bonus of 1.5
Cr/Unit
Prepares & analyses the Claim vs Paid report, thereby keeping a track on net cash flow
Analyze process metrics and review them weekly and monthly to discover trends to justify the allocation of
appropriate resources to areas where the risk is highest.
Supports the project control centre in its proactive measures to collect information, analyze & bring deep insights
for the projects
Identifies the critical resource & support requirements in the package life cycle to complete the overall project in
time

Lead commissioning of plant water systems such as DM/PT/CPU/CWT & achieved Boiler light up within the
scheduled time frame, thereby helped realizing the milestone bonus of INR 3 Crs/Unit
Coordinates with the site team & addresses issues pertaining to BOP supply, highlighting delays & deviation,
formulating catch up plans, manages resource & manpower requirement allocation.
Responsible for timely delivery of plants/tools, machineries, other resources at site.
Monitoring & escalating critical paths running through the project master schedule
Prepares monthly Exception Reports on construction progress for management review.
Organizing meetings with all stakeholders on project progress
Lead the cost controlling task of INR 195 Cr package of Boiler & auxiliaries for 2x700 MW NPL Project
Facilitates monthly reconciliations of claim vs. Paid, ensures maintaining positive cash flow throughout the project
life cycle.
Under cost reduction initiative, identified, developed & onboarded indigenous vendors for torque wrenches for
boiler works, thereby helped in achieving a savings of INR 1.9 Cr.
Develops & ensure implementation of Standard Productivity for Boiler and keeping a track of the same.
Lead the shift desk operation through SCADA, fully automated with DCS control
Conducts periodic checks & acceptance tests to ensure the correctness & performance of BTG & auxiliaries.
Proactively identifying areas of obstruction / defects & conducting service & repair to rectify the equipments through
application of trouble shooting tools
Audits the DM plant operation & ensures the required stringent DM water to be maintained
Lead the co-ordination for cold & hot startup of boilers
Supervises the smooth operation of plant auxiliaries
Prepares protocols for inspection works & generation of daily progress reports
Scrutinizing processes & field parameter of equipment to ensure adherence to SOPs
Monitoring processes, water analysis, identifying any deviations & taking corrective action in manager with
maintenance, production & quality department.
Achievements
Lead the complete digitalization of Project Financial Reporting & Procurement Register dashboard
implementation for top management.
Contributed towards organization’s business excellence journey by framing the Strategic Planning Processes,
that helped LTEP in winning Golden Peacock Business Excellence Award for FY 2023.
Contributed towards successful completion of Hydro test, Light up & Synchronization of 2X660MW MPPGCL Thermal
Power Project in schedule time of 42 Months.
