 Coordinates with the site team & addresses issues pertaining to BOP supply, highlighting delays & deviation,
formulating catch up plans, manages resource & manpower requirement allocation.
 Responsible for timely delivery of plants/tools, machineries, other resources at site.
 Monitoring & escalating critical paths running through the project master schedule
 Prepares monthly Exception Reports on construction progress for management review.
