Over all 5.6 years of experience in End to End recruitment both in IT & Non IT.
I have been recruiting for contract to hire (C2H), Freelancers and Permanent professionals
across various levels in several streams like Development, Testing, Support, Sales Force, React
JS, Node Js, Angular, Networking, and System Administration. Etc…
Individually handled End to End Recruitment, right from sourcing, screening, scheduling,
interview Follow-ups and closures and Client Co-ordination, releasing offer letters.

Handling Complete end to end recruitment process as a Lead for SAP, Java, AWS and IT.
Sourcing suitable profiles and coordinating with the client regarding shortlists and
scheduling the virtual interviews (Microsoft, Zoom and Google links) and telephonic
interviews and sometimes directly coordinating with the customers regarding
meetings for the selected consultants.
Sourcing profiles from the various portals like Naukri, monster and linkedin.
