AFFIDAVIT OF SELF-ADJUDICATION

I, JOSEFIA B. ROSAL, of legal age, Filipino, a resident of Poblacion, Barili,

Province of Cebu, under oath allege:

1. JUANA P. ROSAL died intestate on March 15, 2023 in Barili, Cebu

leaving behind parcels of land situated in Barili Cebu, more particularly
described as The Estate of Juana Rosal consisting of a parcel of land located
in Block 5, Butong, Barili, Cebu under the Transfer Certificate of Title No.
659614;
2. She left no debts;
3. JOSEFIA ROSAL, being her only child and her only surviving heir
executed as attached herein an Extrajudicial Declaration of Sole Heir,
adjudicate to herself the above-described property.
