Introduction

The Real Estate management system has moved towards keeping digital records instead of the
old traditional way of keeping paper documents but it has not become digital for transactions of
real estate. This system involves so many people and middlemen and is currently depending on
the huge workforce for the entire nation which can be done with a very small number of people.
For land, being a high-valued asset, it is very important to have accurate records that identify the
current owner and provide proof that he is indeed an owner.

Background
 The real estate industry is one of the most powerful industries that require modern
solutions to keep growing.

 In the current digital era, manual and face-to-face deals are a bit time-consuming, there
should be some digital solution to make it faster and easier.

 To resolve it digitally, we should prepare one real-estate online platform which provide
the best solution for the meetup of sellers and buyers.

Attribute Complex Engineering Problems have
characteristics P1 and some or all of P2 to
P7:
Depth of knowledge required P1: Cannot be resolved without in-depth
engineering knowledge at the level of one or
more of K3, K4, K5, K6, or K8 which allows
a fundamentals-based, first principles
analytical approach
Range of conflicting requirements P2: Involve wide-ranging or conflicting
technical, engineering, and other issues
Depth of analysis required P3: Have no obvious solution and require
abstract thinking, and originality in analysis to
formulate suitable models
Familiarity of issues P4: Involve infrequently encountered issues
Extent of applicable codes P5: Are outside problems encompassed by
standards and codes of practice for
professional engineering
Extent of stakeholder involvement and P6: Involve diverse groups of stakeholders
conflicting requirements with widely varying needs
Interdependence P7: Are high-level problems including many
component parts or sub-problems

Addressing Complex Engineering Problems (Ps) through this project:

• P1: Our project requires
o Study of existing projects based on REMS
o Efficient Resource Utilization
o User Experience and Accessibility
o Integration of different technologies
o Efficiency and Optimization

• P2: Range of conflicting requirements

o Regulatory and Legal Constraints
o Budgetary Constraints
o Security and Privacy
o Scalability and Flexibility
o Usability and Accessibility
o Time Constraints
Addressing Complex Activities (As)
Attribute Complex activities means (engineering) activities
or projects that have some or all of the following
characteristics:
Range of resources A1: Involve the use of diverse resources (and
for this purpose resources include people,
money, equipment, materials, information and
technologies)
Level of interaction A2: Require resolution of significant
problems arising from interactions between
wide-ranging or conflicting technical,
engineering or other issues
Innovation A3: Involve creative use of engineering
principles and research-based knowledge in
novel ways
Consequences for society and the A4: Have significant consequences in a range of
environment contexts, characterized by difficulty of prediction
and mitigation
Familiarity A5: Can extend beyond previous experiences
by applying principles-based approaches

Investigating how a few As are dealt with.

• A1: Range of resources
 Materials:
o Available Resources: Software development tools, databases, frameworks, and
other materials required for system development.
 Work-Flow Plans:
o Available Resources: Workflow diagrams, process documentation.

 Overall, this project involves various resources such as the existing system and research
paper based on this project, working flow documentation, and improving the security and
privacy of sensitive real estate data.
• A3: Innovation
To enhance a real estate management system, you can explore various techniques, materials, and
processes.
o Develop Virtual tour properties for virtual inspections, reducing the need for physical
visits.
o Leverage big data analytics to derive insights from large datasets for better decision-
making.
o Review recent publications and research papers on emerging technologies in real estate
management.
o Implement encryption, secure authentication, and regular security audits.

• A4: Consequences to society and the environment

o Improved Accessibility
o Privacy Concerns
o Technological Inequality
o Gentrification Concerns
