TRANSFORMATION PROJECT – VERTICAL GARDEN


DUE: Term 2, Monday Week 10 (27/06/2022)

Presentation:

This project will be submitted via a 2-page word document report

Project Overview:

Under instruction, your group will plan, document, and create vertical garden holders out of recycled
wood. These items will remain the property of the school (they will not be taken home).

You will also need to submit a 2-page word document addressing the following (Each person
submits a report that they are graded on):

Your report must include:

1. One page of photos showing the planning and fabrication process, you must include a photo
of the planning and the final product created.

You must answer the following questions on page 2 (Max. size 14 font). Answers should have 2-3
sentences for each question.

1. What planning did the group need to do prior to creating the vertical garden holders?
2. What were the basic steps of creating the vertical garden holders?
3. What went well during the project?
4. What barriers did you face whilst completing this project?
5. How did you overcome these?
6. What did or did not work well within your group?
7. How could you utilise these holders to assist with improving the environment?
8. What products could you used to create these that would normally end up in landfill?
9. Did you complete your project as planned? Explain how you did or did not?
10. What have you learnt from completing this project?

TRANSFORMATION PROJECT – BOOMERANG BAGS
DUE: Term 2, Monday Week 10 (27/06/2022)

Project Overview:

Under instruction, your group will plan, document, and create Boomerang Bags out of recycled
material. These items will remain the property of the school (they will not be taken home). Each
student will be responsible for creating 4 x boomerang bags each.

You will also need to submit a 2-page word document addressing the following (Each person

DUE: Term 2, Monday Week 10 (27/06/2022)

This project will be submitted via a 2-page word document report

Under instruction, your group will plan, document, and refurbish a mosaic picture using recycled
materials. This mosaic will remain the property of the school (they will not be taken home). You will
contribute to a single group mosaic.

You will also need to submit a 2-page word document addressing the following (Each person
submits a report that they are graded on):

Your report must include:

1. One page of photos showing the planning and fabrication process, you must include a photo
of the planning and the final product created.
