About Youreka
Youreka (est. 1996) and Inme (est. 2008) got together in 2019 and made the
combined Inme – Youreka entity both India’s oldest and largest outdoor
adventure based organisation. The Youreka brand focuses on our schools work
and the Inme brand on our open summer programs.

The founders of inmi youreka are alumni of XLRI and INSEAD, who seasoned
entrepreneurs, educationists, authors, behavioural science professionals, and
pioneers of organised outdoor education in India.

Youreka offers an alternative to traditional school trips by providing engaging

and meaningful outdoor adventure based learning. We learn best when we take
charge of our own learning thus building a culture of so self-disciplined
leadership.

Youreka outclass programs create experiences where students build both a

mindset and skills to foster such a culture while enhancing social consciousness
and school spirit. We create real situations where emotions are heightened and
the challenges pushes students to solve problems on their own. Inme - Youreka
has worked with 1,00,000+ children across 700+ schools in past 23 years.

6:00AM
Wake Up
We start our days early. Amazingly, we face very
little resistance! It is not unusual to find many
students u before the wake-up call playing football or
simply enjoying the campus.

Milk, Biscuits, Tea awaits the children at the Chota

Hazri where they catch up with friends and the
instructors as they gear up for an active day ahead.

7:00AM
Power Up
Participants stretch, push, pull and jump themselves
out of any laziness in a fun and memorable way.
Although these are just warm up exercises, there is a
very good chance that you will hear them humming
the rhymes and stretching out their bodies even after
they return!
8:00AM
Breakfast
Students load up on breakfast planned with a view of
providing enough energy to them for their outdoor
pursuits. Instructors ensure that some of the ‘diet
conscious’ adventurers eat in sufficient quantities. No
one slips out of their watchful eye!

to the humdrum of small pleasures after this solo time.

opportunity to introspect, reflect, look Within in the context
of their experiences during the day

No matter the weather, hot soups served on Programs are
appreciated by one and all.

7:15PM

dish is gulab- jamun, fruit cream or the shahitukda!

9:30PM
Golden Slumber
It usually does not take students long to hit the sack post-
dinner as the day’s weariness slowly kicks in. It is a
wonderful feeling to see all the students in great spirits,
slowly switching the lights off in their tents.
Reflections
The sharing sessions that follow our Outbound experiences center
around individual experiences, struggle, exhilaration, group
support, and personal realizations. Our skilled instructors use
emotional stimulus created during the adventure to deliver
powerful learning moments.

Supervision
The children will be assisted by adequate number of experts from Youreka as well as the

by the Youreka experts. After the trip, students will be required to fill in a form to
reflect on their experience during the trip.

This is the highest anywhere in the world!

are fully aware of even the smallest issue a participant may face on campus (allergies,
any kind of disorder, other medical issues, blood group etc.).

evacuation routes are charted out for each of our campuses. If overnight travel by bus,
there will be two drivers per bus
