form via email to aspen@nutritioncare.org.

Step 2: After receiving activation confirmation from ASPEN, you can view your eBook
using IP address–based access. Just point your browser to
http://ebookshelf.nutritioncare.org/ to read your eBook—no usernames or passwords
required! Your free trial will expire 7 days after your initial access date.
