Bio Synthesis of Nanomaterials

The Aim of the experiment:

Green Synthesis of silver Nanopar2cles Using bacteria (Gram Nega2ve)

Method

1- Nutrient broth inoculate with (Gram-nega2ve) bacteria and incubated at 37°C for 24 hours.
2-AUer 24 hours, the nutrient broth is transferred to a centrifuge tube and centrifuges 8000
for 5 minutes to get cell-
free supernatant.
Incubate at 37 °C in a shaking incubator for 24 hours.Incubate at 37 °C in a shaking incubator
for 24 hours.
4- AgNPs were purified by centrifuga2on at 14,000 rpm for 10 min.
AUer centrifuga2on, the supernatant was discarded and AgNPs were
washed 3 2mes with D.W and obtained in the precipitate form.
5- AUer the centrifuga2on, the precipitate is placed in a burning crucible and dried at 150°C for
24 hours.
