MINUTES OF EMERGENCY MEETING of the GPTA Officers

4. Ask a teacher/s to lead or be the master of the ceremony. In case
no teacher will commit, Mrs. Alcantara and Mr. Dulatre are
willing to hold responsibility of being an emcee.
5. For unity and recognition, the GPTA Officers will all wear
shirts/dress in shades of pink or dominant pink color due to the
lack of uniform or group shirts.
6. To make the gathering more interesting, the Officers would like to
present a mass dance with the help of Mrs. Joy Juarez or a
multimedia. Any other presentations from the group of teachers
and SPG’s are highly suggested.
7. The group have agreed to share an amount of 200 each member
to be given to or collected by Mrs. Alcantara for some foods to be
offered to the guests and participants. Mrs. Alcantara would like
to accept or collect the money through G-cash (09162559553) or
in person (Monday and Wednesday Morning) at the GPTA Office.
8. The said amount will be used to purchase the following:
 a. Kakanin- 1000 pesos to be taken care of by Mrs. Llagas—
Kutchenta, Puto cheese, Petche2x, Puto balanghoy (good
for 25 persons only)
b. Mineral water- 2 dozens
c. Cake from Mad-mad- 500 pesos
9. The group have also suggested color coding for the group of
officers per grade level as to follows:
Kindergarten Officers- Green
Grade 1 Officers- Yellow
Grade 2 Officers-red
Grade 3 Officers-blue
Grade 4 Officers-white
Grade 5 Officers-black
Grade 6 Officers-nude/skin ton/brown
SPG Officers-Orange
SPJ Parent Officers- Purple/violet

2. GPTA Collection 1. Mrs. Alcantara is willing to render or extend services to the school
to collect for learners’ insurance until allowed.
2. The group have also decided not to collect any other amount from
the parents or learners aside from the insurance only for this year
but would like to make a request or tap other stakeholders’
assistance to create a project within the school year if possible.
3. The group would also like to ask an approval of the school
principal, Mrs. Arazo, for the GPTA Officers to look/tap for other
stakeholders like Rotary Club of Iligan City and the LGU’s to
support any project proposal from the school and the group.
3. Others 1. The group would make a report of project accomplish from the
last year’s GPTA Collection.
2. Mrs. Alcantara would like to give 3 dozens of coke swak2 in
addition to her voluntary donation to the induction of officers’
activity.
3. If parents would like to request for a School ID of their learners,
the GPTA Officers will look for an individual or company that can
cater or respond to the need immediately with specific timeframe
and quality as possible.
