Isolation of Bone marrow and it’s Staining

AIM
Bone marrow is the soft tissue found inside bones that functions mainly to synthesize red blood cells, white
blood cells (granulocytes, both granulocytes & non-granulocytes).

A BONE MARROW SAMPLE IS OFTEN SEEN IN THESE CASES :


1. In blood disorders and cancers cases such as : lymphomas.

2. Anemia disorders.

3. In cases of examining a specimen intended for culture.
