META, The parent company of Facebook, WhatsApp, Instagram, Oculus and many other leading
technological services is the company behind the WhatsApp Business chat service.

Few months ago, META opened the WhatsApp Cloud API to selected countries in the world for tech
startups to explore and build business solutions on top of WhatsApp.

Cameroon was among these countries to have access to the cloud API.

Our company decided to explore and develop a chat automation tool for Whatsapp and by August of
2022, our solution BizzBot was submitted and validated by META to be a cloud API service provider.

Making us the first company in Cameroon and Central Africa to own such a solution.

Technology and Security

Whatsapp originally provides end-end encryption in every chat. Meaning even the parent company
META cannot have access to the content of user conversation.

Deploying a third party solution for building and hosting chat conversations,means respecting this
same level of security and encryption. This is the reason why every solution exploiting the CLOUD API

needs an official validation by Meta before entering into production.

Our chat building and hosting platform has been validated by META to have the necessary
technological and security compliance to guarantee a reliable consistent and an end to end encryption
security in Whatsapp conversations.

This means that after integration of your phone number on META through our platform, Our platform
becomes the only other tool that can securely access and process whatsapp conversations for your
phone number.

Functional Specification of BizzBot ChatBot


Platform.
The bizzbot chat platform provides various tools to enhance chat development and management on
Whatsapp. These tools are;

1- Live chat Manager: When your phone number is connected and validated on META Cloud for chat
services, it will no longer be possible to use it in any whatsapp /whatsapp business chat application on
android, windows or apple.

The Bizzbot platform provides you with a chat management service to manage chat for your phone
number. This live chat service can be accessed simultaneously by upto to 20 agents. That means you
can have upto 20 agents simultaneously accessing and conversing with your clients on the same
whatsapp phone number.

2- Broadcast Manager: The Broadcast manager provides a means for you to broadcast messages to
all your subscribers. However all broadcast messages must be submitted as message templates and
validated by META to avoid unnecessary spam to end users. Broadcast messages can have an
additional cost.

3- User Input Flow: The user input flow collects information from your end users through a
questionnaire. You can set an unlimited number of questionnaires in your chat and all user responses
will be collected and available for you in an orderly manner for better exploitation.

4 - SMS and Email Integration: BizzBot connects with specific SMS and Email servers to send SMS
and Emails to users when specific actions in the chat are triggered.
